Patch Tests — Your Safety Comes First

Yes, it only takes about 2 minutes — and it must be done at least 48 hours before your appointment if you're having a chemical service (Colour, Keratin Treatment, Highlights, etc.).

While allergic reactions are extremely rare, the potential risks to your health are serious enough that we never skip this step. Your safety is our top priority.

We understand that not all salons insist on patch testing, but we encourage you to think carefully about why any salon would be willing to take that risk. For us, it’s simple — no shortcuts when it comes to your wellbeing.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. This allows us to offer your spot to another client who may be waiting.

We do our best to be flexible, but repeated last-minute cancellations may require a deposit to secure future bookings. This helps us manage our time and commitment to all our clients more effectively.

In-salon toners are more pigmented and precise than silver or purple shampoos used at home. Those home-care products are great for maintenance, but nothing beats the boost a professional toner gives right after your colour service.

So when we recommend a toner, it's not about adding extra cost — it's about achieving the best possible result for your hair.

We stand behind every single haircut and colour—we want you to LOVE it. ‘Meh’ isn’t good enough for you, and it’s not good enough for us!

Sometimes we don’t quite catch the exact vision in your head (though we always try!). On the rare occasion that happens, don’t stress—if you’d like a tweak or adjustment, just pop back within two weeks and we’ll sort it out. No drama, no fuss.
