At Alchemy Hair Studio, every appointment is a dedicated experience.

From the moment your reservation is confirmed, your stylist sets aside uninterrupted time, prepares specifically for your service, and reserves the expertise and care required to create exceptional results. To honour the experience of every guest, we kindly ask that the following appointment policy be observed.

Should your plans change, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Providing sufficient notice allows us the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another guest and ensures our team can continue delivering the seamless experience Alchemy is known for.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled booking may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the reserved service value.

Appointments missed without prior notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service value.

Guests with repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may be required to pay a booking deposit to secure future reservations.

We understand that unexpected delays can occur. If you are running behind, we kindly ask that you contact the salon as soon as possible.

While we will always do our utmost to accommodate you, late arrival may require us to modify your service or reschedule your appointment to ensure the experience of other guests is not compromised. Where the full appointment time cannot be honoured due to late arrival, the original appointment fee may still apply.

Certain appointments require a booking deposit to secure your reservation.

Deposits remain fully transferable when appointments are amended with at least 24 hours' notice. In the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

Exceptional service is built on mutual respect—for your time, for the artistry of our team, and for every guest who entrusts us with their visit.

Your understanding allows us to preserve the calm, considered, and personalised experience that defines Alchemy Hair Studio.

We look forward to welcoming you.
